Q: How many people can be served for a sit down meal ? A. In our Main Barn we can seat up to 400 plus. In our year round Lower Level we can seat up to 150.
Q: How close is the nearest hotel? A. There are a variety of hotels located off highway 41 in Little Chute and Appleton that are located about 5-9 miles miles from the Wedding Venue.
Q: Do you serve alcohol? A. Yes we do! We offer a fully stocked licensed bar, and hire on our own bartenders.
Q: Do you allow carry-in alcohol or soda? A: No- Carry ins are not allowed.
Q: Is your facility handicap accessible? A: Yes- We are a state approved handicap accessible Wedding Venue. There are ramp entrances leading up to the Venue, and ramps inside the Venue to assist in getting around.
Q: Do you offer catering services? A: We have a preferred caterer list we require our couples to choose from. We do not cook or serve the food.
Q: Are you open year round? A: Our Main barn is open from mid April- October. Our Lower Level stays open year round.
Q: Is your facility heated or air conditioned? A: No- We have in wall barn fans, portable barn fans, so unless its very humid, it stays pretty good and a furnace to take the chill out of the air in Fall, events in our main barn. ( We've even been told to turn the heat off at times.) Our Lower Level is fully heated.
Q. Do you provide staff during the event? A.: Bartenders, Venue staff and Security come included in your Venue cost of the main barn. And in our lower level depending on the size of event, depends on security, but bartenders and venue staff is always. Q: Are dogs allowed at the venue? A. Yes- for your ceremony only. You must present their shot records. Afterwards the ceremony they must leave the property. Q: What type of events are held during the winter time? A: we hold other types of parties, like Anniversaries, Bridal and Baby showers, Birthday Parties, along with Holiday parties for companies and families too.
