Our Simply Country Barn Story

 A Rustic Green Bay wedding venue with Heart 
Simply Country Barn is a family-owned wedding venue located just outside of Green Bay Wisconsin and near Appleton WI What began as a historic dairy barn has grown into a beautifully restored, full-service wedding venue designed to make your day special, seamless, meaningful, and unforgettable. 
From Dairy Barn to Dream wedding Venue 
Our journey began in 2013, when my husband Jim and I purchased a former Dairy barn with a vision in mind.  With our background in Farming and years of experience in the floral and decorating industry for weddings. We instantly recognized the barn's potential. Its history, character, and rustic charm made it the perfect space for something truly special. 
By May of 2015, the main Barn was fully renovated and opened as a Green Bay / Appleton Wedding venue Complete with: 
* A spacious Dining room 
* Full bar area with a full-service liquor license 
* Prep Kitchen 
* Indoor Chapel space 
* Reception area 
* Beautiful Outdoor Ceremony Space 
GROWING INTO A Full-Service Wedding Experience 
As our decorating business continued to grow, so did our vision for Simply Country Barn is able to host your wedding and helping couples with their decor visions to bring their wedding day vision to life. 
In April of 2018, we expanded the venue by remodeling the lower level, now home to our Rustic Room Bar Area and additional dining space. Because the lower level is fully heated, Simply Country Barn is able to host year-round weddings and events with no seasonal cutoff.

Simply Country Barn is over 100 years old, but it's been thoughtfully updated to offer modern comforts while preserving its rustic charm. Our venue features 
* Outdoor ceremony space 
* Indoor ceremony options on both levels 
* Separate bar area for each space 
* A variety of hosted bar packages, ala carte options and cash bar availability 
We proudly hold our own liquor license, hire our own bartenders, and are members of the Tavern League of Wisconsin, allowing us to fully manage bar service in -house.
