Simply Country Barn is a family-owned business founded in 2015. It started off as a former dairy barn that my husband Jim and I (Carrie), purchased to hold our Floral and Décor business. Having a background in farming, we knew it was the perfect space.
Our search for a place to accommodate our Floral and Décor business expanded further when we decided to create a beautifully rustic, yet renovated, venue for weddings and events. Upon seeing the barns' beauty, and learning its' history, we got the idea to convert the barn into a wedding venue. After purchasing the property in the fall of 2013 we began to pursue the steps needed to create a Wedding venue. The Main Barn was completed in May of 2015 with a dining room, bar area, prep kitchen, chapel area, and reception space. And outdoor ceremony space. We decided to remodel the Lower Level as well, which is now home to our Rustic Room bar area. And an additional dining area too. We opened this part of the venue in April 2018. With the Lower Level able to be heated completly , it allows the space to be open year round with no cut off date for events. We provide a barn that is over 100 years old for all of your event needs. We have an Outdoor Ceremony space, along with Indoor Ceremony spaces on both levels of the venue. Each venue has its' own bar area with a variety of hosted bar packages, alacarte, as well as cash bar options. We hold our liquor license and hire on our own bartenders. To top it off we are members of the Tavern League of Wisconsin. We offer most of your wedding day needs in one location! Full service decorating options, decor rentals, and live or silk floral from Carrie's Simply Country Floral all happen on site making our venue a one-stop-shop for your special day! |
